Imagine Global recognizes the difficulty migrants and refugee youth have in adapting to Australian culture and fully accessing opportunities. The Imagine Youth Mentoring program works to facilitate the integration of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse(CaLD) youth in Australian society and promote their mental resilience.

Imagine Global is proud to be recognized by Auspost in 2021 with a generous grant to continue providing this program. We now have 25 fully funded mentorships spots available (up to $200 per mentorship) in early 2022. Eligibility criteria includes age between 12-25years, and a CaLD/multicultural background, including refugees and migrants.

Imagine Youth Mentoring program was initially set-up in 2020 with the help of credible organizations such as 'Save the children' and 'Multicultural futures'. In this 6- month free program, trained university students/graduates are allocated to befriend a multicultural/refugee youth to support their general well-being, including their mental health, and help them adapt to Australian society. A key feature of the mentorship consists of setting fun and aspirational goals with the youth and equipping them to achieve those goals.
